The dashboard
For managers. The Dashboard is where managers and admins land after logging in. Cashiers go straight to the Point of Sale and don’t see it.
Across the top
Section titled “Across the top”- Today’s Sales: the total of today’s sales, and how many orders.
- Revenue (Month): the total of this month’s sales.
- Low Stock: how many products are at or below their Minimum Stock, out-of-stock ones included. See Products in depth.
- Transactions Today: the number of sales today.
Sales totals are what was charged, before any refunds. For figures with refunds, cost and profit, use Reports.
Weekly Sales
Section titled “Weekly Sales”Each day’s sales for the last seven days, today last. The best day is the darker bar. Point at a bar to see its total.
Payment Methods (Today)
Section titled “Payment Methods (Today)”How today’s sales were paid: each method with how many sales used it, and its share of the money taken. A split sale counts under each method it used.
Warnings and shortcuts
Section titled “Warnings and shortcuts”If any product is oversold, a warning with Review appears at the top. Quick Actions has New Sale and New Product.
