Text size
If the text on a till is hard to read, make it bigger. Everyone can do this, cashiers included, and it only changes that till.
Change it
Section titled “Change it”- Select the Aa button at the top right of any screen, next to your name.
- Choose Normal, Large or Larger.
Everything on screen grows together: text, buttons and spacing.
You can also use the keyboard: Ctrl + + makes it bigger, Ctrl + − smaller, and Ctrl + 0 puts it back to Normal.
Which size to pick
Section titled “Which size to pick”| Size | Good for |
|---|---|
| Normal | Most screens |
| Large | Small till screens, or reading from further back |
| Larger | Larger screens, or anyone who needs it |
On a small screen (1366 × 768, common on tills), Larger leaves less room: the Point of Sale screen shows fewer products at a time. Large usually fits better there.
The choice is remembered on that till, including on the login screen, until someone changes it.
