Look up a serial number

For managers. For a serial-tracked product, every unit has its own record. Serial Lookup finds one by its serial number or IMEI: handy for a warranty claim, a customer return, or a unit that’s gone missing.

Find a unit

Go to Serial Lookup.
Type the serial number or IMEI in Type a serial number or IMEI…. Results appear after 3 characters.

Each unit shows its product, its status, and its history, newest last: when it was received and from which supplier, when it was sold, and any corrections.

Status	Means
In Stock	On the shelf, available to sell
Sold	Sold to a customer
Missing	Not found in a stock take that scanned that product

No matching serial/IMEI found. means no unit has that number. Check for a typing mistake, or that the unit was received into stock.
